Innowa Develops a Pilot Course to Train “Neurodiversity Managers in Companies

At Innowa, we strive to promote inclusion and empower individuals with neurodiversity in the workplace. To achieve this goal, we have developed a pilot course to train “Neurodiversity Managers in Companies” 🏢 within the framework of the Neurodiversity Power ERASMUS+ project.

An Innovative and Practical Course

At Madrid, from May 13 to 16, 15 professionals from human resources, neurodiversity, innovation, and social sectors came together to participate in this 16-hour course. Participants were from organizations such as Asociación INNOWA, CATRO Bulgaria, ACTA Center, BOSEV, and Fundación Weber, which was the course organizer 🙌.

A Practical and Interactive ApproachDuring the course, participants engaged in role-playing exercises to learn about different types of neurodivergences 🎭, tests on inclusive work environments 🏢💚, learned about implementing the “NeuroPower Quality Seal” 🏆, and got firsthand knowledge of the great social work done by @grupoenvera.

👏Special Thanks

We would like to thank NeurodiverSí for their support in developing the course 🙏 and Marta Romero Vohue for the excellent organization 🎉🎉.

A Step Forward in Workplace Inclusion

This pilot course is a significant step towards workplace inclusion for individuals with neurodiversity. At Innowa, we are committed to continuing to work towards promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace 🌈. If your organization is interested, do email us! hola@innowa.es
