Last Tuesday, January 24, the INNOWA team hosted the final transnational meeting of the Start project – Sustainable Tools for Engaging People with the Arts (2020-1-FR02-KA227-YOU-018651). The Start Project Lasted 24 Months and is Funded by the ka2 erasmus+ Program and its objective is to develop innovative digital tools and methods to increase the capacity, knowledge and skills of young workers, to support young people, especially with fewer opportunities and/or disabilities to promote social change through initiatives based on digital arts.
In order to publicize all the material developed to date in this project and promote the STARTaton (Hackaton), a Multiplier Event was held that same day in the afternoon at the facilities of Las Naves, Center for Social and Urban Innovation of the Valencia city. The event was attended by more than 40 professionals, including a group of 15 teachers and students from the IES Jordi de Sant Jordi in the area of vocational training for the medium level of Social Integration. Then the results of IO1 – Digital Tours for Social Change were presented and the partner ENOROS presented the videos developed in IO2.
An activity was then carried out with the attendants based on the learning action from the month of December 2022 in Lithuania (LTTA). The participants worked on the concept of “entrepreneur for social change” through the art of making puppets. Lastly, our INNOWA colleagues informed of the Hackathon (STARTaton) that will take place at the end of February 2023, with the aim of not only making the activity known but also attracting the participation of people between 18 and 30 years of age who want to be part of the Social Change.
