The multiplier event of the Neurodiversity and Employability project #NeurodiversityPower, funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme, has been a success on its way to a more inclusive working future. On 28 June 2024, more than 100 attendees, both online and face-to-face, gathered in Valencia to celebrate neurodiversity and promote inclusion in the workplace. Experts and practitioners shared effective strategies for adapting workspaces, presented best practices and explored the fascinating world of neuroarchitecture.
Project´s Key results
For almost two and a half years, we have worked to create practical and effective resources:
- Handbook and Toolkit for Companies: Comprehensive guides to understanding neurodiversity, adapting job interviews, creating inclusive workspaces, and much more.
- Neurotrainer Curriculum: Detailed definition of the role and necessary competencies to oversee neuroinclusion in companies.
- “NeuroPower” Procedure and Seal: A three-level certification system that recognizes companies’ commitment to neurodiversity inclusion.
